NEON can’t connect to Updates, nor install new Software, nor market place
- Getting proxy errors

Added this to eclipse.ini:
-Dorg.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.excludeContributors=org.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.httpclient4 parameter
Restart still no go
Edit Window->Preferences->Network
- Selected manual settings
- add proxy & credentials to HTTP HTTPS
- Restarted
Updates does check but still returns proxy error
Can now get to marketplace but cant install from there, get proxy error on confirming install, updates connect for checks but are perhaps failing at the download
Still no go, colleague suggested installing cntlm, but I won’t get that authroised here without difficulty
