Replacing Ramtron FM16W08SG 28 pin soic replaces 6264
Note FM1808 (256 Kbit) replaces 62256 directly with no jumper changes needed



Just to add a note about the clock… there is a jumper on WPC MPUs to allow the RAM to connect directly to the +5V rail so when I install RAM adapters in WPC games I usually move that jumper and install a memory cap to keep the clock running. That way the memory cap is only powering the clock.
